Ordered The Maniac Combo online for a takeout. Supposed to be 6 chicken fingers but when I got home and opened the box, there was only 5 fingers. Definitely very unhappy to not get what I paid for.

Food was perfect hot chicken hot fries hot bread. Service was the best there, acknowledged just as we walked in, ready for our orders, and took it out to us as well and ask if there is anything else we needed or wanted... and made sure we were good the whole time we were there, Atmosphere was great clean all around

First visit to a Raising Cane’s. Virtually no wait to order. Food came out quickly and was cooked just right and was still hot. Good chicken fingers and fries, loved the Cane sauce. Staff checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. Restaurant was clean.

Disappointed overpriced and quality of tenders if you could call them that poor. While speaking with an employee they said we base our price of size of the tenders this week they are small. Then said no they are med. The employee then stated that's why I don't eat here at all. Wow.

Food was great and the dining area had alot of dirty tables. Limited parking is a major problem. Had to park in another business parking lot behind Cane's and walk up a steep hill. I'm not sure why they would chose to build at a location with so little parking. This would not work in many other towns where Cane's is very busy.

Best chicken tenders! I like Canes far better than Chick-Fil-A. Canes tenders and sides always hot and fresh. Service at this location has been fast and friendly. I kind of wish there were more ala cart options.

Thanks again to the awesome crew Sonia and Mary behind the counter they are very friendly and helpful & love their jobs.👍🏼👍🏼 I just moved to Austin and this is my first visit to Cane’s they have excellent crispy and juicy chicken fingers, fries and slaw and Coke Zero on the fountain.. Awesome… Cold A/C ❄️on a Hot day 🥵❄️💨😎🍗👍🏼👍🏼

I got in line at 7:20pm to buy my friend (with cancer) Cane sauce... she can't get out of the house... thus I would have not waited until 7:46PM for the TWO cars in front of me... like there's no way I would wait 26 minutes... for TWO cars... and even if I hadn't just been buying her cane sauce... that's not the worst. When I pull up to the window it seems that the supervisor/manager is standing there with another person barking orders... I'm like... if you were a good manager you would jump on the line and help your crew get caught up for the sake of customer service. AWFUL.
